The application is useful and it works fine. There is just one bug I have discovered: when I wanted to track delivery of my order, click on Track Delivery link tried for a millisecond to show new screen with delivery phases but then always switches to app home page. Therefore it is not possible at all to see info of Track delivery. Please fix this bug. Thx!

It's work all fine untill you want to pay... Once you change to the bank app page it's refreshing itself. And you'll never succeed to catch them since it's always refreshing again and again. You better have phone for order by app and computer for confirming your bank :( Why don't you let us order with the special discount on website too since it's working much better than the app.

I made a purchase via the C&A app, with the payment processed via PayPal. After completing the payment via PayPal in the C&A app, I promptly received a notification from PayPal that the payment had been successfully received (The amount had already been debited from my PayPal account by C&A). Unfortunately, the C&A app did not provide confirmation of the order and I cannot find details of this purchase in my account. It just take money without send me the product. Very bad experience.

App doesn't work. Each timeme the message "Unfortunately an unexpected error occurred, please restart the app." is showed. When trying to log in, the message "Unfortunately an error occurred, please try again. Also check your internet connection" appears.

App works well except for payment which works terribly. Freezes constantly and does not assume an action, goes back in the middle of payment confirmation and then error "unexpected exception". Always have trouble while payment to the point of giving up.

It doesn't save my basket, so I have to start all over again after one hour of inactivity. Also I don't see anything related to the loyalty program, which is a huge missing feature.
