Dec 2019 Post....Been using the dashcam for couple of years now...great experience. But after I purchased a new android phone Samsung S10, the camera does not get detected by the app anymore. Still works fine with my old android phone. Please advise. Sept 2020...Still awaiting to be contacted by support team.

Takes a minute to figure out but working great for me. Excellent picture quality.

Unacceptable! Pairing with the camera from the application seems impossible. Looks like the latest updates have rendered it useless. The point of buying the equipment is due to the support it comes with. This is grounds to return the hardware due to incompatible software. Improve the support quickly or there seems to be no point in paying the premium for a device with no interface. Update, was requested to contact technical support. Technical support no longer available.

Contact support - Again? I said I did so, 2 days ago. UPDATE: I managed to fix the "Failed to add cam" error message. You *have* to tell Android that it should KEEP USING this WiFI network, even if there's no internetconnection on it. Now when added, it still fails though. I can't connect when in the car "Network connection failed" is all you app can say. I did email your support 2 days ago, but think it's acceptable that you don't reply during weekend. I will let you have a day before I return the product for a refund. Bought a discounted RECONE, and so far reviews are right. Installed the app (last updated sep 2017?!) Registered and verified via email. Started app and logged in fine. Adding camera then..... Powered cam (no sdcard though). Connected mobile to the wifi and that worked too. app finds the camera and puts it in a list where I can presumably add it to my roadeyes account (!?) But no matter how I try (wifi on/off, cam on/off) it just results in 'failed to add cam' ? Suppose I should email

Months ago the app suddenly did not detect the camera anymore (even as it does connect via wi-fi). Afrer trying everything I wrote tech support almost 6 months ago without yet an answer nor is there an app update. Their support site is down. Did the company close? I would recommend no one buy their products until these issues are fixed.

Pairing Camera with this app os ridiculous, even if i tried by contacting technical teams and done as per their requirements, the camera is not detected by app.But my phone is detecting the camera. There are many options of dash cams cheaper than this.I think this is a scam. The worst experince i had ever with the purchase of rec one.
