Update 1st August 2020: I emailed as per your comment but after 5 days, there has been no reply, not even an acknowledgement. I can't request for a refund, even when your app is not working as advertised. We keep having problems with the app trying to connect to the Internet, even through hot-spot and WiFi. It's not optimised for the latest gadgets. As we've paid a lot for the Badanamu apps, it'll be great if you update or upgrade them.
