I had no technical difficulties installing or setting up. But it feels entirely unnecessary. I don't want to look at digital flyers with a magnifying glass on my phone. Thankfully the spin the wheel for sugary granola bars didn't select me as a winner. About as useless as their paper collect-to-win program with less pollution. Just make groceries and gas cheaper overall and skip the app altogether.

Still can't create an account.... Not for lack of trying - first it was the your account details don't match bug (even though information was correct). Then we couldn't get a verification email sent out. The customer service staff at the store very keen to try and get you to sign up, but then have to refer you to the phone support every time. Sure - I'll take more time out of my day to help debug your app over the phone.

Tried to set up create account. Can't get past the email verification. Get the code... try to enter but keeps telling me "emails do not match". If you send to my email...obviously it matches?!? Fix your glitches! I want to support a calgary brand... but there's always no frills, fresh co, sobeys, walmart, Safeway, superstore. Wow many OTHER options

Can't register as the app won't send out the verification email. And yes, it didn't go into spam or any other folder as the "help" instructs. Seems poorly designed and all the comments to the negative reviews refer to the app help line or email. Fix the app as I don't have time to be on hold on the phone.

Confusing app which took many tries and required phone calls to help desk along with confusing processes in stores. Old process of just giving your number was so much easier. Now I can see why the parking lot has been very empty lately. Customers must be going to Safeway etc.

I've loaded this several times trying to get it work. When I start it I press the continue button and it sends me to a blank white login page. Nothing ever comes up. Talked their tech support and they had no idea what to do.
