So the log in issues that people are having are due to the fact that this app does not support the "Common Application for Transfer" and will only try to log you into the original "Common Application" which is for students fresh out of High School. Due to that major oversight and the lack of knowledge regarding this issue by customer service, I must unfortunately rate this app with a single star. On that note though, the people I spoke with were responsive and did do their best to try and figure out what was wrong, even though they couldn't help in the end.

Used to like this app, but suddenly I can't log in even though my info is correct. I think it might be because I'm a transfer student. Very frustrated.
