La aplicación es gratuita. Solo has de abonar a Merkagune una pequeña cantidad para adquirir el derecho de acceso a la oferta especial en la que estuvieras interesado(a). Esta cantidad varía en función del dinero que te ahorres. El pago por el Merko Bono podrás realizarlo a través de la web www.merkagune.com o a través de la App.

El pago final se abona en el propio establecimiento donde tenga lugar la compra del producto o servicio. Antes habrás de canjear el bono y mostrarle al vendedor la correspondiente pantalla de aprobación.
