About this app

Having been around for over 2 decades, DJ Ticano first has been developing his mixing technique from years of attentive listening to what is hot on the radio, streets, clubs and underground scenes. He credits legendary DJ Little Louie Vega for giving him an unrelenting desire to hone his craft and make people need to dance once they hear him on the decks. Using his own unique style of taking everyone on what he likes to call his “Journey” where he is your captain down a voyage of musical bliss.

He’s been tearing it up since winning Battle of the DJ’s competition at Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry; then went on to do mobile gigs for many entertainment entities in NYC, NJ, CT, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Charlotte, and now under his own mobile DJ company “Pure Class Entertainment”.

His previous airwave work has him mixing on Roxford Radio on ITunes Radio and Tune In App and on air mixes with Miami’s Party 93.1HD2, WFEZ-HD2. His club credits currently has a residency at Iguana Café in NYC (a long standing restaurant and lounge, with 2 floors for dancing (English and Spanish); that sandwiches a world class restaurant in the middle. His newest accomplishment has been being added into Fleet DJ’s division of Latino Mundial Radio; whereby he produces a weekly hour long mix for Friday Afternoon’s Rush Hour broadcast, continuing to show case his skills in blending the latest hits with old school staples.

Get ready people because DJ Ticano has been cleared to take off and will be having everyone wanting to dance to his own incredible sounds, in the nearest clubs or airwaves worldwide!!!
