Third class app, I've paid my Ward's fee through the app, but it just keep on saying processing and finally came no data available. When I went to support, it says contact school administrators. No email id, no telephone numbers. Atleast before taking such a huge step towards online record maintenance, atleast you would have made sure that it should be tested first. When everything is in lockdown and panicked, where will we run to raise our concerns.

School is using this App but for what. Neither we can pay fees online nor do we receive any messages from class teacher. Only messages received is of common use. Moreover new functionality of MESSAGES is not at all working. Either App stops working or despite adding receipent it still shows add atleast one receipent. Pathetic..currenly i feel this is of no use, nothing is updated on this, not even assignments etc, class asdignments. Also this needs to be helpful to parents by getting updates for asdignments etc NOT JUST MESSAGES ABOUT SCHOOLS ACHIEVEMENTS ALSO ONE MORE CONCERN IS IT REALLY GOING TO BE HELPFUL OR JUST HEADACHE AS GURDIAN. . FEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED ONLINE.

currenly i feel this is of no use, nothing is updated on this, not even assignments etc, class asdignments.
