There are a lot of negative reviews about this app which is slightly surprising to me. I've been using their survive for a few years now and never encountered any issue. I am sure other users might not have the best experience with them. The app usually works until it needs an update. Interface is rather intuitive. The only issue with their derive is that shipments takes a really long time to deliver. Considering its cost I guess it's not that terrible.

i was trying to open the app for the past 2 days and it doesn't work it only shows the logo, but when i tried to update it, it doesn't have any updates available so i only keep track on their website for my shipments.

My items arrived broken. I told the company about it and all they said was "they cannot do anything about it because Amazon did not put my item in a box. They said it was considered improper shipment." I won't recommend this company because you're paying money to get your items shipped, yet if something happens, they can't do anything about it.

Ok na sana kaya lang twice nag price increase this 2021. First price increase from 350 to 380 per pound is tolerable. The 2nd price increase to 620 is quite high kahit na for the first pound lang. My only consideration in using this app is to take advantage of affordable shipment. Now its going to make end-users think twice esp when the item is less than a pound.

They add to the weight of your package even though FedEx already imputed the actual weight. They will add as much as a kilo just so you will pay more. Feels like a huge scam.
