dose not even work or hook up to ether of my two units that are brand new and only been charged

Works, but no way to save control profile, so one must reconfigure controls
over and over again to get it the way it was working previously. To top it
off, BT sometimes stops working and so it's a constant struggle to get
motor control to an operable state. Where is the config save feature that
was promised by July?
