I love this app for learning Italian. I think it's one of the best I've ever used! I love the online community and ability to get feedback on speaking/writing exercises from native speakers as well as the dialogue listening practice. Also, developers are responsive and helpful! I encountered a small issue, and a fix was released very quickly. Thanks, Busuu team!

Better than most language apps! I would know, I downloaded most of them. It's adapts to the way you learn. You get feedback from people doing the languages you are learning and also contribute in helping others learn the languages you know and vice versa. I love it! it has taught me a lot in many languages around the world in such a short time. Only downside is the payment to continue particular lessons given.

I have used Busuu everyday for about 2 weeks now for learning Italian from complete beginner level. There are more lessons in A1 than in the others so the more you progress, the fewer materials you will get. Also, there is an issue of long loading time for lessons and especially for revising vocabularies I have learned (now about 500 words). Once the number of learned words go above 400, it usually takes like 15-20 seconds waiting times before I can practice weak words. Please fix this issue.

1. When someone corrects your stuff, the notification pops up directly over the "next page" button while studying. If you tap on it by accident, you get to the correction and have to start the whole lesson again from the very beginning. 2. An option to sort vocab from newest to oldest would be very helpful. 3. You can't set vocab on "learned/green/ignore" by yourself, which is annoying, since it influences your progress statistic. Horrible for people who prefer other options to study new words.

Pretty cool app to learn languages. I am learning italian at the moment and I feel like I'm making progress very fast and in a short time. Very clear and easy lessons aswell as the exercises. I am hoping to be able to talk fluently italian at the end of the whole course...but lets see!!
