All India Aviation Academy distinguishes itself in providing students value for their money in terms of imparting top of the drawer training in various professional and vocational courses. Over the past couple of years it has created a niche for itself for excellent faculty, campus, training aids and placement assistance. Its learned, dedicated and committed faculty probably is one of the best in the region.

In addition to thoroughly teaching the professional subjects, institute spares no efforts in holistically building the personality of the students. While making no false promises to lure the students, aiaa goes all out to assist its students in achieving gainful employment. A number of ex-students of the institutes who are progressing in their chosen careers bear testimony to the fact. In recent months, institute held two job fairs in the campus where leading placement companies of north India were invited.

In these fairs candidates from outside aiaa were also given access to present themselves before the interview board. The commercial pilot course of the institute is quite popular and has generated and immense interest among the youth from even distant areas. Currently four students of the institute are undergoing flying training in Philippines.
