This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Poke-stops Map for Pokemon Go on PC Windows and Mac.

I'm gradually adding all pokestops and gyms. The data only has the location, so users have to mark whether it's a gym or a stop. You must have PoGo installed and be signed in to this app to mark locations or rate them.
