The app must always have new updates, when possible, and great features. Make it a more professional outlook on the live video screen. Like the bugs 20/12 EIS app.

Can't get app to connect to Bugs 5W. I've done all the start up steps to get the controller connected to the drone and my phone on the drone wifi and it still says the aircraft isn't connected to the app. Thank god I wasn't the one who bought this piece of junk cuz I'd be pissed. $200 for a drone that won't connect to it's own app? 0/5. Fix this.

This is a good app, but I wish the developers would update it to link to Google Maps so that we actually have a map on the screen when we click on it, which would enable us to see points of interests and our surrounding area. At the moment there is a blank screen. Please, please developers provide us with a fix and update to this issue. Apart from that it does everything it needs to do. Not only that, but the app looks limits us to 500 meters distance and 150 meters high. When clearly these Drones are able to go much further and higher. Come on developers get you act together and give us the updates we desperately need and increase the limit parameters. I'm sure that the developers are not interested in our views or ratings otherwise they would respond and action our requests.

Android 9 (pie) issue. Some have said the app does not work on this version and I had issues as well. I have a Pixel XL and it would not connect. My wife's Samsung S5 running Android 6 worked fine. Did a lot of searching to no avail. In going over the quick start guide for my Bugs 5W it says there are multiple channels and how to change channels. I did and now it connects just fine. Hope this helps others.Giving 3 stars as I have yet to actually fly this app just yet.

Doesnt work with Android 9 (pie). It just will not connect. Connected via another phone on Android 8 straight away. Would appreciate a fix please. On Android 8 looks a good app. Found out if i click on WiFi, WiFi preferences then turn off 'Turn on wifi automatically' and 'open network notification' when you connect the drone and you get message stay connected, click 'yes' it worked for me.

The only thing not satisfactory about this app is the map. Sure the map provider switches to Google once your location is detected but there are still areas not properly mapped specially outside cities. Waypoints is useless in a map without streets and other features. Please include the option to use google maps satellite view. I will give 5 stars once it is imcluded.
