This app sucks so much that I don't know where to start. It's obvious that the people who created it do not use it to place their wings order. Like when you redeem your points for an item, your points disappear and then nothing happens and that item is added to your cart. So now you gotta go hunting for that item through the multi page menu and hope that when you add it to cart it will remember that you redeemed the points.

Terrible app. I normally order naked wings with several different sauces, celery, blue cheese and ranch. But on the app you are limited to only ONE sauce and can when choosing your dips and veggies you are only limited to 2 options and cannot do ranch, blue cheese, and celery. Not even for an upcharge. You can do it in the store no problem but not on the app. Then the app tells me wedges and onion rings are unavailable when the store tells me they are. Don't launch an app if it doesn't work.

New app is horrible. They made the sauce choices some ridiculous sliding menu where you have to select a hotness level to even see the other options. On top of that, you can't check on your order status after the estimated time is passed. It just goes to a "reorder" option instead. Go back to what worked.

Difficult to order, no way to order traditional wings through the app for our local Buffalo Wild Wings. When you go into the store and ask them they say yeah they took them out of the app. No explanation why or any other information. Love their food but this is silly, you can't even order the main thing their company is famous for.

Very bad service and brand. I used to order everytime from here but everytime, they had atleast some issues. If I order wings, everytime there is some issue. 1 time they missed giving sides, 1time sauces were less, 1 time they missed giving veg, 1 time they say after order placed that they are out of wings. If I order a bottle of their sauce, they say out of stock and do not provide any compensation or feel sorry for the service. So, their team need a good training to behave good with customers

Don't use this app for delivery. They outsource the delivery to Doordash, yet take no responsibility when the orders are delivered incomplete, and instead direct you to contact doordash, who unfortunately say that becasue you use their app, they can not help. So the end result is that Buffalo Wild wings stole my money, and there is nothing I can do.
