Needs the option to download for offline play using data plan. Some of us still have unlimited data for our cell phones. My home internet (Buckeye Cable) has a data limit. I still find it ridiculous that a landline company has data limits and my cell phone doesn't. Well.. I find it ridiculous that data limits are even a thing but that's an entirely different discussion.
