Product used to work absolutely fine, just went to download again after not using for a while to be told licence expired....I bought this product on the understanding it was a one time purchase, would have downloaded an alternative if I'd known about this. It's not even like it's been updated to warrant purchasing again, wouldn't be so bad to pay again if something had been done to warrant it. Would be more than happy with my licence restored, otherwise I would like to request a refund. Thanks

I've tried several of the AirPlay receiver apps in the android store. This one runs great on my Android 2.2 device, without any issues. Latency is relatively low (works okay for beaming audio for a video stream, but not great). Continues to play while phone is off. Simple interface took very little effort to learn and use. No setup required (other than connecting your phone to the same mobile network as your airplay client).

This is the most useful app I've ever bought (its also the only). It works perfectly with my LG Optimus S and Samsung Epic 4g (sprint) which were just lying around. I hooked them up to my speakers, and they worked perfectly for 1/2 hour. There appears to be a glitch on some phones where when the screen sleeps, Airbubble stops working, so just download "Caffeine" by Syntaxa Inc and it will work. Other than that little hurdle, the app worked right out of the box. It's a steal.

This app is one of the few that I've actually paid for, and it is so close yet so far from being amazingly useful. But, as others have said, reliability issues make it pretty much not worth ever actually using. Refuses to start up half the time, and crashes with extreme and infuriating regularity. For now I'm sticking to wires.

App has reliability issues. Periodically stops working requiring app restart. Starting the app also has problems. The first time you start it it will open and then close immediately. It works the second time though.

About this app

This is the AirBubble license that will unlock the 30 minutes limitation of AirBubble.

Make sure you have installed and tried AirBubble first.

IMPORTANT: Once this license app is installed, you must launch the AirBubble App, *not this license app*.

You can launch this license app to have the option to hide its launcher icon (to avoid having 2 similar icons in your launcher).

When you launch AirBubble you know that the license is effective if you do not get the "30 minute limitation" popup on start.

AirBubble is a lightweight AirPlay audio receiver. It will appear in AirPlay applications (such as itunes) as a device you can play music to. It works in the background, streaming music to your Android device.

AirBubble Features:

- stream audio from AirPlay clients (itunes, iOS, airfoil, ...)
- run in the background as a service
- configurable network name
- can be started on boot
- supports audio focus (mute or lower volume on external sounds)
- supports tethered USB or WiFi connection (may require rooted device in some case)

Limitations:

- Audio only, no video
- does not play in sync with other Airplay receivers
- does not work with RaopX on MacOS X and the raop module for pulseaudio on Linux
- does not work yet on GoogleTV

Examples of use:

- stream your itunes music to your Android device with Hyperfine Remote for iTunes
- wireless speaker or headset
- recycle older or broken Android devices as a dedicated networked speaker

New features

added the ability to hide the license icon in the app launcher (launch the license app, and use the hide launcher icon button).
