The app won't open at all, even after uninstalling and re-installing it and restarting my phone a few times. To make matters worse my brand new LOU 3.0, either has a faulty battery that says it's fully charged but is completly dead, or the charger for it is broken and will only glow green. Both of which are no bueno for a BRAND NEW out of the box board. I was hoping to have a good experience getting into electric boards, but this has put a bad taste in my mouth. SoFlow fix your products!

Horrible! I set my settings to the lowest possible, now the all crashes leaving my speed at slow, can't get my board to respond fast again and they don't reply. Avoid!!!

Steer clear of anything that has to do with the Lou Board or the soflow company for that matter. The app is almost as bad as their customer service, and the only thing worse than their customer service is the board itself. The original app crashes everytime it's opened so you have to reinstall it every time you want to use it and the new app won't even connect to my Lou 1.0 which is the least of my worries since the board doesn't even work. Save yourself the stress and go with another brand.

The app can only be opened after a reinstall. Otherwise the screen just turns white and the app won't even load

Been having tourble with the lastest android update. I have to uninstall and download the app everytime I need to use it :/ please release a new update!
