This is a horrendous mess. Downloaded it for a scheduled free stream from Lincoln Center, and decided to see what else was available. For everything interesting-looking, all I get is "requires bundle." Not opposed to that necessarily- what bundle? How much? Nothing. There is a button that says "show all bundles," but goes nowhere. The content is exactly the type of thing I want- professional region theater (despite the name). What is the point of the app if I literally have no way of buying?

I downloaded this app to become familiar with it before a production my college is putting on. Sadly, I can not use some of the basic functions of the Showshare capabilities. When trying to purchase or pre-order tickets for any show, I was met with text that prompted for me to purchase a "bundle" and a button to "show all bundles," when I clicked the button I was redirected to a black screen. Currently the app is not delivering all the promised capabilities.

As said in another review, users are not able to purchase tickets to shows. When attempting to purchase tickets, the screen states "This video requires bundle purchase" and a button appears stating "Show all bundles". What are bundles? That would be helpful information. Clicking the button just makes the button disappear. Currently, this application is not functional for what I need

Customer service is terrible. App was difficult to get to cast to smart TV. Tried to contact BOD as they sold "tickets" to a show for the day before, and could not get refunded. Content is not managed well.

App STILL not functioning properly. I can play some videos but if I try to buy access to something it goes completely blank. I clicked on pre-order and there was a blank screen with a button that says see all bundles but when I click on that, it's just a completely blank screen. If you want my money, fix your app!
