First time using because Bobs Furniture's uses 3rd party delivery company. So this Delivery Co cancelled my initual schedule and I raised the fee in the other request. I eventually had to email CS and they credited all to my credit card.

Very happy with Brilliant Move.Very polite and on time.Even in a pinch they delivered. My husband ruined a couch and I had to replace it by the next day. I went to Bobs Store to by another one. Brilliant Move picked it up within in an hour and had it to my house in about an hour after that. Thank you very much
