Have uninstalled and reinstalled this app a number of times over the last couple of months and only once when I have opened it has it gone beyond the front page - and then it crashed. A complete waste of time. And annoying as I am going to a number of events and it would have been so much simpler to be able to access the tickets from the app.

Crashes all the time. Doesn't let you add tickets for more than one event. Doesn't apply the 2-4-1 discounts it promises. This app is a betrayal of all those performers who've paid money to appear at the Fringe and cannot sell tickets for their shows because of this feeble excuse of a platform.

This app is so much better than some of the previous Brighton Fringe apps have been. It does take ages to kick in on the first page while it is "downloading events" Does it have to do this new every time?

Last 2 days the app crashes when selecting a show. Then takes ages to reboot the app only for it to crash again. Can't purchase a membership either as it .... crashes! Another year and another terrible app.

Can't even get it to open. It just sits there on the front page telling me it's 'loading events'. Even the update made no difference.

No cut and paste for password & the reset password does nothing. The password is correct but not recognised. In a digital city one would have expected a more competent & user friendly experience than this. I thought by now, after several years, they would have managed to improve it. Tried several times to get a new password, thus far no email to reset. Cannot register again. Oh, and guys, ever thought of a 'Contact Us' menu item?
