Kalo Costumer Service tutup jam 9 malem gabisa 24 jam pake gonta ganti
shift. terus ngapain aplikasi nya masih bisa digunakan untuk pesen tiket di
jam 9 malem keatas, aneh kan, orang-orang buka aplikasi cuma buat liat liat
tiket gitu? Ya buat beli lah, Mikir nya gimana? percuma dong kalo gitu
offline in saja kalo udah jam 9 malem termasuk aplikasi nya matikan saja.

Cilacap, ga jelas, ga ada yg aktif. cantumkan nomor telfon yang benar benar
ada yg angkat. Tidak ada keseriusan dalam membenahi hal hal yg masih
menjadi kekurangan.
