친구한테 추천받아서 여행 갈 때 이용했습니다. 뿅카통해 연결된 업자가 차 고장났다느니 계속 불안하게 하다가 결국엔 잠수타고 연락도 안되구요^^ 뿅카 고객센터는 주말에 쉬나보네요^^ 결국엔 당일날 다른 렌트카 업체 찾느라 난리치다 겨우 다녀왔습니다. 혹시라도 뿅카 통해서 렌트카 하실 분들은 롯데렌트카나 큰 업체 통해서 하시는 걸 차라리 추천드려요. 주말에 고객대응도 안되는 뿅카나, 당일날 잠수 타고 사과도 없이 무조건 뿅카 탓만 하는 업체나 다 서비스 마인드라고는 1도 없어보이네요. 어플 컨셉은 배달의 민족이나 직방과 비슷한데, 아직 고객대응은 따라가려면 한참 멀었네요.
