The developers could have made clear that this app is intended for a small provincial US city and not the Westminster (City of Westminster, London, UK) that most people in the world would have assumed it's for.

It's great for checking the catalog and reserving titles. Lots of other great features. Note to app designer: You need to create an app for the Denver Public Library. You even have an app for the Skokie Public Llibrary where I grew up...impressive.

This app was obviously designed by someone who actually reads a lot and loves books. Appreciate it and use it every week! And it's a coup that other, bigger libraries don't have anything similar. Yay, Westminster, CO USA!
