This feels like a web app turned into a mobile app. First of all, if you ever hit the back button, it unintelligently take you one page back (aka browser) . If your last action was to renew something, it will attempt to repeat that action which is bad considering that you've just renewed. If you forget and hit the back button, it will continue to take you to the previous page until it reach the login page. With very little clues in going back, user will have a tendency to hit the back button which causes unwanted repeat of last request.

Every update asks for more permissions. The latest one wants access to my identity on the phone but according to the release notes it's just a branding update. The app doesn't provide benefits that warrant all of these requirements

Why does the update need so many permissions for just a branding update?
