Not only does it look like it was put together using a free generic file program, it's features are very sub par. For example the search option is beyond horrible with non existent to incomplete search lists, the inability of the app to recognise the customers home library for book pick up, and the fact the app never "remembers" who I am even though it always has that option checked. It is better and easier for me to simply use the browser on my phone and visit and use the normal website for all my library needs, than suffer through this poor excuse for an app. Hopefully someone will decide to actually dedicate some time, knowledge and care and update this app to not only function better and appropriately but to also make it reflect the new and better looking official website for the library.
