This app is so slow! My screen regularly times out at least twice when I try to use it. It's quicker to go to my web browser and login in that way - and then what is the point of an app??

A nice tool if you don't want to call or visit the library to renew or search it's catalog. But it's slower than constipation. U can finish a book or listen to an entire album waiting to renew or search one item. And the ui is a clusterf**k.

Having retired as a software developer, in my opinion this app is trying to hit a grand slam all at once rather than building a successful tool step by step. Usage by patrons is the key.

I find it hard to believe that EVERY ebook is checked out and it can't find the audio books it lists! Really frustrating!
