i bought this device as a christmas gift in 2018. Unfortunately the braven vale app didnt start working till mid january 2019. i immediately returned the braven vale because it was useless at this point. now they finally have the app working but its too late for me. they lost my business and patience. F U Braven.

This review is for the following: Samsung Galaxy S6 Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge LG G6 LG G7 ThinQ Motorola Moto Z2 Force Sony Xperia Z5 Sony Xperia XZ Sony Xperia XZs First Off, app is unable to be downloaded from play store, had to download backed up 3rd party app. None of these devices allow speaker phone, voice commands or anything Alexa related on the speaker. 2 phones are from Japan, 1 Canada, 1 U.K., and the rest USA, so region is not the issue. Shameful. Terrible Business Practice. GET IT FIXED
