Had this app for a while. Been member of Brew Crew even longer. However, it recently stopped logging my beers. Apparently, that's locked to one credit card. Had to get a new credit card because of breach, and can't find way to connect to my Brew Crew. Should be way to update cards.

Worst loyalty app ever. There is no way to show membership id or something like that to the waiter You can just leave your email on your check and hope that the waiter will enter it in the system (which they won't). That kind of loalty program is worse than not having it at all.

App won't update my brew crew count by itself. I did find that if I clear cash and clear data and then log back in, it actually shows my current count. I'll bounce my rating up one star since I found a work around. Contrary to response. It doesn't update and I waited two weeks due it to update. It never did.

Does not updated brew crew points. Update: developer responded to the points not updating... I have opened the app many times on different days and different times. It does not update. Was told told to logout and log back in... Why? I shouldn't have to do this Everytime I open the app. Inconvenient.
