Great! I love that I can see previous orders and reorder items that I've bought item by item rather than having to duplicate an entire order. The only problem is I wish there was a way to "check in" without the app. I can't send anybody to pick it up and I can't take app off my phone. I am the type of person that removes apps that I only use once per month.

Unhelpful app. Especially during a global pandemic, I want to know where things are in store so that I can get in and out asap. Things get moved around constantly at my local BJs, so I need a way to navigate among my local store. This app does nothing of the sort. I'm sure that the app is decent in it's other functions, but I would rather not have an item delivered to my door when I live less than 5 minutes away from said store.

The app works fairly well. It's really good for curb-side pick-up and "ease of use". You miss out on that "discovery" experience when you're actually IN the store. The loading times could be better. I find the app opens, then has to reload/reopen when first booting. Also the "added to cart" load time makes you wonder if your tap will be recognized this year? or next year? Also, I've got a lot of coupons to get through, and the "added to cart" pop-up interferes with touch features/scrolling.

Very handy app. to have when you want to pick up groceries curbside, or if you have computer issues and can't order online like you usually do. Only had one problem trying to check in with the store, and I think the problem might have been the store, not the app. Essentially, it does what it's supposed to do. 😉 I have found that it's much easier to order from my phone with this app. Than try to use their website.

Hi my name is Dexter and i enjoy the app also the coupons they send all the time. But the negative side to this is when they show items thats been reduced and the product is sold out. They should take that item off the view list on the app. They show the bath towels that was on sale for $2.98 each and even i go and ask why is that item still being showed as on sale when they have been out of stock for a while now i am being told that they cannot give me an answer. Convenient and easy to use, photos and thorough description of all items. Can clip coupons and some earned rewards in app. Like being able to order ahead for pick up. Can't change the order pick up person's name from main account holder name, but hasn't been a problem yet.
