Your app is terrible. I would love any way to simply download the pdf from my phone and view through a more stable pdf viewer. Instead I have to download on my computer and share to myself via dropbox to get the issue on my phone or tablet. On a Samsung Note 9

The app is not user friendly. Viewing the magazine in the app is very difficult. I used to be able to download onto my tablet as a .PDF and now I can't. It would make it easier to read instead of using the app. Please bring back that feature.

So many great products! Magazines are crammed with inspiring and useful information. The app itself looks sharp but balks, stops and verves off course each time and requires return to home page for a reset. Wish it handled better but CR content is worth all that effort.

I love this magazine and this is the first year I have experienced it digitally. I have been disappointed as the response is not at all fast and often stops completely so I am unable either to enlarge the text or move to the next page. The end result is that I give up reading and am missing all the wonderful information and discussion in the magazine. I am very uncomfortable either printing the digital image or changing to the paper edition. USA to South Africa means that it would be a long time before I receive each issue

Installed and soon to be deleted. Cant zoom in and drag the screen around. It freezes on a part of the page. This is on a Samsung 6S. Will not install on Kindle.
