About this app

What is it:

Brainycams is a global network that uses maps, allows people on geolocation to become
personal reporters if they wish to. This is done by using smartphones, tablets as well
as all next generation communication tools.

What it is made for:

The service is a step forward compared to what other web cams sites offer. The cameras become
smart (Brainycams, indeed)

The human element makes the main difference, as it adds value to sight and listening ability of the
user, thaks to its capacity of interacting and interpreting reality situations.
For example: “Can you focus your camera better on there?” and “Tell me what’s happening”, etc...

The app allows you to cantact personal reporters all around the world by identifying their location,
skills and contact links on map, saving them the cost that would occur by sending a special report
on that specific place, and already having available people with skills and in depth specific
knowledge on the matter.

Used for pleasure, business, private or corporate users : broadcast televisions, private security and
surveillance companies, tourist guides, explorers, scientists, architects, location managers,
journalists, radio and television, news agencies, etc…

How it works :

Reporter

Anyone who would wish, even on occasional basis to make himself available as a reporter, either
for money or pleasure, registers himself on the Braincams app with a nickname and fills in the
profile containing linguistic knowledge, abilities, specific skills and any possible service fee and
form of payment.

The app does not allow to upload images or free texts, instead all the required information will be
acquired with the pre-filled forms to be ticked.
To prevent possible spam, or profile not in line with the nature of the app, the app administrator will
have the right of censorship.

User

This profile will be displayed in a comprehensive manner and with the contact information (Skype,
Telephone, email, etc.), only by pro version of app.
If user doesn’t want to register to the app, he can still use the app that will show only the info as
described here with:

- geo location of the “reporter”
- profile
- spoken languages
- education level
- profession
- abilities
- eventual reportage fees
- Devices used
- Etc.

Thus by not subscribing to the service, the user can only see the name and some of the reporters’
info, but won’t be able to contact them (es, skype-name).

The geo location reflects real time and immediate availability, to be contacted, it will be
indicated/displayed by a green indicator.

The presence in the database and the willingness to be contacted will be, instead indicated with
a red indicator that will show the last position activated by the reporter.

The service offered by Brainycams can be compared to a world map newspaper, free ads for
anyone who upload them, that requires a membership fee by those who would like to consult it.
