Waste of time. The Egbert free violin app is way better, greater featured, good learning base and it is free. This didnt cost much, but I am annoyed I even paid for it - not recommended I'm afraid. :-(

I will be honest this app is pretty darn cool even though its really simple. I would love to see a sandbox mode where you don't need to switch key signatures you can just play notes without guidance. Edit: dev added feature I wanted, upgraded to 5 stars!

Would be good if the developer added a random note quiz, where you had to hit the right note based on the music displayed (with and without letters being displayed)

It seems like it would have been pretty easy to sample a violin playing each note rather than having a cheesy generated tone, which would have been much more useful and enjoyable.
