One flaw is the inability to store the password pur use phone biometrics requiring the password to be entered every time the app is launched. Although overcome by password managers such as lastpass thus can lead to the use of simple passwords lowering the security of the app. Otherwise ok if not a stellar experience.

This app is very poorly put together it simultaneously says my 'EV is charging' and that it is 'not connected'. At other times it says the EV is unplugged when it is plugged in. Unable to trust the app and have to constantly go to the car to check if it is actually charging.

User experience pretty lacking. 1) you have to login with your credentials every time you open the app- a major pain in the...... 2) it says the car is not connected when it clearly is and it will let you charge it! it has schedules and fancy things but it is completely not clear how to use it in the most basic sense- ie. What happens if I just plug the car in... I want to set it up to just charge at a selected rate.

Has worked well for me, thought I don't use the scheduled charging feature, the only thing I don't like is the need to log in every time and no way to save your password!

Just had a charging point installed. Haven't got my EV yet so surprised that the app reports it is plugged in. Then it says the charger isn't connected and refers me to the FAQs in the app... First FAQ... where are they then?? No sign of any help whatsoever... Not a great start. Let's see what it says when there really is an EV attached.
