BoxStep is an exciting new mobile platform that connects ballroom dancers, industry professionals and dance fans around the globe! It is very easy to use and is available for IOS and Android mobile devices.
With BoxStep app, you get the entire ballroom dance universe at your fingertips!

What can I do in BoxStep?

PROFILE: First you download the app, sign up, and set up your user profile! When setting your user profile, please include as much details as possible so that the information you provide - such as studios you own, competitions you organize, vending companies you manage, your own dance and teaching credentials, dance styles, etc - can be shared via BoxStep app with all the people in the dance industry around the world!

BROWSE: After you set up your profile, you are ready to browse hundreds of exciting posts – such as blog posts, classifieds, events, and many more from all of app users around the globe!

CREATE: We encourage you to be an active user and create your own posts - be it for sharing some exciting dance-related news, review a competition or social dance you attended, vendor or looking for partner ads, and many more. Not only will your post immediately appear in the Homepage of the app for all to see, each post will be automatically matched to selected app users via mobile push notifications and via weekly email bulletin that BoxStep app sends. BoxStep truly optimizes your target audience!

MARK AS FAVORITE: Any post you see on the Homepage can be marked as Favorite, and if marked, will appear in your Favorites page. This way you can always find it there without needing to search for it.

SHARE: Any post, whether the one you created or the one you see on Homepage can be shared externally via your mobile device with your friends and on other social media!

ADD TO CALENDAR: Is there an event post that peaked your attention? Simply tap on ‘Add to Calendar’ icon and the post will be added to your mobile device calendar!

FIND ON MAP: Do you want to know the actual location of the event? Simply tap the ‘Map’ icon to see where this event is taking place and how to get to it.

SORT & FILTER: All posts in the Homepage can be sorted and filtered via a flexible filter so that you can quickly see posts that match your interest!

DIRECTORY: In addition to posts, BoxStep offers a comprehensive Directory of dance events, studios, dancers, teachers, vendors, and more, automatically pulled by the application from user profiles. This directory exists separate of the posts and is always available to BoxStep users who need to find a person (dancer or dance industry professional), a studio or an event. Yes! No need to go search websites just to look for that info. It is all here in BoxStep, right at your fingertips!
