The app is very straightforward to use and navigate. I found the shipping calculator feature very helpful as it enabled me to estimate costs for when I asked for my parcels to be forwarded to me. I enjoyed being notified when parcels were received, both with an email and a photo. I've had several parcels consolidated and forwarded to me, all without any problems, at a reasonable cost and with extremely fast delivery. The customer service has been excellent, any queries I've had have been answered very quickly and extremely courteously. Very happy with the service I've received and look forward to using lots more in the future!
