Very good app, but not perfect. Service is great and very quick, drinks arrive within minutes, even when the bar is busy. It's nice to not even have to leave your seat. The one thing missing is being able to add a note about the order, or a simple check box. For example my fiancée does not like ice in her coke but there's no option for no ice, so we have to dig it out of the glass everytime. Also lemon in drinks that we didn't want. If this simple feature got added then it would be spot on.

Used this service all week at Blue Dolphin, now service itself was great and beat the massive queues hands down, however there are real issues with the venue itself having table numbers missing, probably missing out on hundreds if not thousands of pounds. We ended the week ordering from a table nearby instead. Other issues include not being able to state no ice on soft drinks and being unable to order pitcher of beers. Teething problems aside is a great idea...

Haven needs to explain the limitations of the app, it can only be used to order drinks, snacks and pizza (pappa John takeaway at outrageous prices). They also need to make it clear that you need this app to order drinks there is no other option available. If I known this beforehand I would not have booked a table. Must say though the staff in capones are outstanding helping people out with the app.

Great concept, works very quick, easy to use. Added my cider to my order, added my wife's Coke, but then trying to add my daughter's Slush Puppy, found it was not on the menu. To avoid the tears of just getting her a lemonade, was forced to abandon my order on the app and join the long que at the bar. Get ALL menu items on the app and we have a winner.

App was pointless for me. I called Haven and asked to book in one of there restaurants they said to download the app but you can only order drinks and Pizza. I wanted to book a table at a restaurant!! I don't want to turn up and find that the restaurants are all booked up!! Frustrating... I just want to book a table!!!!

Worked like a charm at Caister, drinks arrived within a couple of minutes, no more wasting time queueing up! It really is a godsend. Only things I would change are to be able to write a request ie no ice, lime in Corona etc, and for the app to remember my privilege card number. These are minor niggles and don't detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience
