The driver arrived before the estimated arrival, the items were all accounted for. My issue was that, after about 2 hours of placing my order, Benylin was out of stock which I tried to replace with 1 bottle of lintagon but the app completely froze and once it came back online, it had added 5 more bottles, and charged me for those, I've sent back the 5 bottles and was told by the call centre that it would take 6-10 days to get a refund but we really need that money before then.

Would NOT recommend! Placed an order and was promised delivery between 9-10am, when it was almost 10am suddenly the delivery time is changed to 2-3pm. At this point, I feel like I should have just driven to the shops myself. When I called the call center, I waited a little over 20 minutes for an agent to answer, and she immediately dropped my call. No one is responding on the "Chat to us" function. Then what is the point of all these channels? Lesson learned the hard way.

I've used bottles over the last few months but my last couple of orders have had groceries with expiry dates one or two days from delivery. I can't afford to pay for and end up wasting food that expires so soon. Really disappointed since I was enjoying their service previously. Today's order has 2 items with expiry tomorrow. I'd like an exchange or refund please

Useless service. There's no easy way to cancel an order. Have to wait forever on the chat, and no answer on the phone. There's an offer of R50 for sharing this app. I wouldn't share it for R 1 million. Now Bottles claims they've assisted me, when they're still withholding the majority of my refund and ignoring my messages to them.

My first order with them, the delivery was exceptionally quick! BUT, they gave me someone else's order. Within 2 minutes I sent a support message via the app. No response. I phoned the call centre, response is "Voicemail is not enable on this extention, goodbye" I sent an email, no response. Hours later they reply on the app chat that they received my email and someone would contact me. It is now evening already and still NOTHING!!!! Stay away from this app, it is not what they say it is.

Poor design and weak search function. Servers always overloaded especially with substitutions - see all the complaints about this issue which clearly they can't be bothered to fix. Then PnP only delivers half your items even though you've paid for them all - also a common problem. Support doesn't respond but they've helped themselves to your money. I'd call that theft. Takes a week of very public nagging to process a refund. Useless app & shop, and non existent support. ZERO STARS FOR YOU ALL.
