About this app

Ramadan or Ramadan (Arabic: رمضان Ramadban; Persian: رمضان Ramzan) It is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar and the holiest month of Islam. This month Muslims are excluding all types of food and sexually active activities from sunset until sunset as part of religion practice. This is called 'fast' in Arabic; In Bangladesh, it is known as 'Roja'.
Some important historical events of this month are:

2 Ramadan - Jesus got the Torah.
10 Ramadan - Muhammad's first wife, Khadija bint Khwaylid, died.
20 Ramadan - Muhammad conquered Mecca.
Lailatul Qadr is observed in the last ten days of the month (usually on the odd night). Muslims believe that this night is a better night than a thousand months. It has been said in the hadith that the worship of Laylat al-Qadr is equivalent to the worship of one thousand months (83 years and four months).
