I have an access code, But after a few use it has started to freeze. The books are no longer loading. It keeps telling you its processing but even after 30mins of wait. Nothing comes up on the screen. I need assistant. How do i proceed from here.

I am a teacher and the app works quite well as I am able to access the books for the various grades for my children. The books can be downloaded for reading. I figure more upgrade will be done as time goes on. I like that the books have a read along too.
