Even though I have a stable internet connection, I get the error "Data couldn't be loaded. Please check your internet connection and try again later". I have already made an account on the website, but couldn't access the matchmaking service after two days of struggle. Please help!

The app is ok but the matchmaking tool is pretty useless. I sell translation rights and yet I'm constantly paired up w authors seeking representation or other foreign rights pple. I've ticked "editor" but it doesn't exclude pple who aren't editors because I've also ticked "fiction" and "nonfiction". Therefore it shows me authors of fiction, editors of coffee table books etc. Criteria should narrow things down, not widen them! Catalogue tool not great as limited by ISBN: what about manuscripts?!

Pain to use! Trying to get the matchmaking filter to actually show you contacts you are interested in seems nearly impossible. I've tried to do this from the app and from my computer. I worked on it for more than and hour and I still can't get it to show me contacts in the areas I'm interested in.
