Unacceptably prone to failure. Convoluted log-in process (I should be able to simply enter my username and password).

Not working whatsoever. When trying to sign in, get either "unexpected error" or "user is blocked". Worst app ever... everyone seems to have the same problem.

the best magazine about aviation. fantastic magazine, all about general aviation. low prices, good texts. now the app is working perfectly.

I'm updating my review. I finally received a response from support. The app works very well now. The whole process of a new subscription takes too long though.

horrid customer service, just the same exact boilerplate replies to digital download problems as a print subscriber. account reset stalls. back to reading the actual magazine I guess.
