I had a lot of "app not working" issue. This happened when I was trying to change the choices after it was connected. So finally after about an hour I turned the thermometer unit off, turned the app back on on my phone and set what I wanted. Then turned the unit back on and it has been fine so far since. (Also, I saw some of the reviews that had issues with the temp presets - you can easily just add a new preset and choose your temp and it saves to the same screen so you can use again later.)

This app is super buggy and clears your history out if you disconnect from Bluetooth. I can never get through an entire cook with my graph data in tact. Also the alarm is terrible. If your phone is in standby the alarm doesn't actually work even though it's given full permission. This makes it pretty much useless for long cooks.

App does not work anymore. It keeps crashing. I cannot change the settings and it beeps at me at 140 degrees for everything. It is quite annoying. I will be changing my review on Amazon too. Most of the time when software is crashing like this, it is patched fairly quickly. I k ow crashes are a high priority where I work.

Won't allow the unit to pair with my phone. Useless. I have to just look up ideal temps and watch the screen to see when the food gets there.

Unit works, app doesn't. The device works fine, but the latest version of the app now crashes on launch on my Galacy 8 Active with Android 9. Please fix.

Needs to be updated so we may pair the bluetooth. I got this as a gift for xmas and I have used it before with no issues. But now when I try and pair it the bluetooth will not connnect. 1234 and 0000 dont work. I followee the instructions 10 times and got the same result. UPDATE THE APP SO I CAN GRILL!!!
