It keeps crashing. If I click on a word with an attached definition, it freezes then crashes. This is the second book that I've had issues with, and the first book was a whole separate set of issues. When I click on feedback, it freezes and gives me a black screen. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus, so it's not an old phone.

The app is very easy to use. I've had great experience with different books for my Masters program. I love the audio feature and the ability to control it. I enjoy the notepad feature for quick notes and comments.

Actually, pretty good. The controls are a bit counter-intuitive, and it takes a bit of getting use to. However, once you get the hang of it, it works really well. There was one serious issue with it I found. I tried to read my textbook on a small (8-inch) android tablet. The app resized the text, but it didn't resize the graphics and tables, so they were all impossible to read. When you tried to move the view to see the graphic, the navigation controls took you to a new page. This problem went away on a 10-inch tablet. If you are a college student, I recomend that you buy a 10 inch android tablet (or an ipad if you want to pay more) Download this app, and keep all your textbooks here.

Mobile app even dumber than desktop. BUNCH OF STUPID AND USELESS FEATURES LIKE EMOJIS 🙄 WHEN THEY ONLY JUST ADDED THE ABILITY TO DELETE A HIGHLIGHT. Terrible functionality. WHY don't you just organize figures by chapter / # & WHY do I have to go in/out twice to view them & WHY DO I EVEN HAVE TO GO TO A SEPARATE PLACE TO VIEW THEM ENLARGED??? Just make them zoomable from where they're embedded IN THE CHAPTER!!!

This app is completely useless, as my textbook is not even readable! The single most important feature, being able to zoom in to actually see the text, is nowhere to be found. Now I have to try to complete my class without the textbook.

App sucks. Not very easy to navigate through the pages. Causes issues on my Chromebook. If this is a Barnes & Noble based app, why can't this be used on a Nook?
