Supposed do download details relevant to your vehicle by giving it the VIN. Doesn't. Media and info of instrumentation, features etc from a completely different car included.

I can find no reference to cruise control or assisted driving mode

Latest update has removed my access 13-02-2020 : still feeling unlucky with this app. Still no access. One * continues. 14-02-2020 : new release, same problem. Hope my i3 doesn't suffer from the same shoddy build. 27-02-2020: ho-hum. New release, same problem. It seems BMW believe that their bottom and the articulation point half way down their left arm are one and the same. 11-03-2020: back up and running perfectly now.

Useless. Thanks for wasting my time. It says I can log in using the Connected App - hooray! But it then tells me to enter all 17 digits of the VIN when the connected app has already identified my vehicle using the last few digits. The connected app told me to download this app which, having eventually got all 17 digits correct, tells me that my vehicle isn't supported. And that's it. No link to another app. No explanation. Almost as bad as the dealer I bought it from but not quite.

The app is what you get as owner's handbook in your i3. Prwtty much same thing that you have on paper at home :), but in a nicely "access anywhere" package on your phone. Very handy for quick check, when you need something. Only thing I could complain just a bit is the english version doesn't sound very clear (not everything is clearly explained - Ex. Windshield wipers folding).

Can no longer access the drivers guide because the app is not accepting my login credentials (which are correct). I'm not the only person having this problem. Get it sorted BMW. BMW have now fixed this and it works without me having to redownload the guide. Thanks.
