A buggy mess. They made an update in early 2020, but all it did is make the sensors chew through batteries much faster (I'm chewing through a brand new Duracell battery every 3 to maybe 4 months now). It's still super laggy and barely works. There have been no updates since that time and there are so many issues (just read the other reviews!), so it's clear the developers could care less about having a quality app. Requires you to have an account on their servers. There is no way to export your data.

Biggest waste of $50 for this sensor. I am using it with their humidipaks and it's been reading high the entire time. Makes me not trust the sensor or the paks. The app is terrible. It barely works. It doesn't actually "track" anything. It refreshes randomly when you're in the very small Bluetooth range and fills in the dots. Pretty much a scam product. Very disappointed.

This app is more frustrating than it is worth and the support is not helpful. The developers don't appear to be fixing known bugs. It works fine for a month and then stops updating. I have followed the company's directions for fixing the problem and still have to uninstall, reinstall, reconnect. I have done this about 6 times in the past year. How about an update on the app?

I have two sensors, and they work intermittently. Great concept, poor execution.

when it works it is great, but the app is so crashy and nonresponsive that it takes 3-4 restarts to get useful information. I need to purchase more sensors but am reluctant to due to the poor functionality.

The app used to work great last year. I would just deny accesses (every time I opened it) and it would only pull data when the app was open. Now that my heater is back on regularly, I went to check it again and the app doesn't do anything. I gave it all permissions with no luck. Then I uninstalled/reinstalled and now the app doesn't even open, it just keeps 'loading'. I wish my fancy device would work so I don't have to open the cases. I guess I'll go back to my trusty $2.5 humidity meters.
