I used Blusmart's taxi service when I went on a trip to Delhi, the overall experience was great and I also see the developers of the app acknowledging and responding to every feedback given here for the app to everyone, which is not common so keep up that good work too. One feedback I'd say is more expansion, especially in Chennai, which is often referred to as the "automotive hub" of India, so please consider expanding to these places first and more!

I have had a pleasant transition from Ola/Uber to Blusmart. The model is reliable for an everyday home to office and back recurring ride. 2 feedbacks that I would really urge Blusmart team to work on- - The phone holder makes it difficult for the drivers to follow directions while charging (landscape) - Recurring rides should include multiple points. I need to drop my daughter to her school on my way to office. I am unable to use recurring for that. Getting a rental slot is unreliable.

My BluSmart experience till date has been incredible. I have been riding sustainably and trying to reduce my carbon footprint by making conscious decisions and opting BluSmart was one of those. The best bit about BluSmart is not just that they are eco-friendly but that they have impeccable cabs, punctual and professional drivers who value my time. Recently my cabbie was a woman which was pleasantly surprising. She was super professional and drove safely. Love BluSmart.

I booked the cab on rental basis but the cab was over 40 mins late. There is no contact number to dial in such situations and you're basically left on the road. If you try to cancel, you'll be levied fees as well. Even the post transit grievance redressal is slow and not up to the mark.

Blu Smart was already Dumb and an inconvenience, to begin with booking a cab atleast an hour in advance and now with the introduction of Surge pricing it is useless. The only plus point of bearing the inconvenience of booking early was that it was cheaper than the competition but now that too is gone so guess I will be deleting this app and switch to other platforms for good atleast I get a cab/ride when I want within a couple of minutes instead of an hour.

Charged me cancellation fee for no fault of mine. I tried cancelling hours before the. driver was assigned but the app kept throwing an exception message and dint cancel the ride. Explained the entire issue to customer support as well as in a complaint but they didnt reverse the cancellation charge of 100 rupees. POOR APP and POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT Reply to the response: At least give the correct email id. You guys are just making it worse! UPDATE : Satisfied with the final response and resolutio
