What a rip off. Everything is marked up by about 40 - 50% and when they offer a 20% off special, site wide they say, the expensive things such a laptop don't qualify for the special. Obviously because that would be a considerable amount reduced based on the already inflated total.

Rent a center on your phone! Half the stuff I get is completely destroyed and you have to return it and wait again. I have this workout machine that came through in an absolutely destroyed box and when I call them I'm responsible for finding a box and returning it. Screw this company. They're great for young impressionable people trying to build credit that don't know about actual quality. The app is trash too just a Window that opens their website. Screw this company

This has got to be the worst app ever! Every step took over 2 minutes to load. It took over a half hour just to place 1 order. This app needs some serious work!

Tried to order using my already opened account. I enter my information under the "Already have a credit account?" section and it pops up an error that says "Oh you already have an account. Please sign in." (I'm signed in) So I try to sign out and I CANNOT. It just keeps saying "log out error, please try again later" - so I can't be signed in or out. Absolutely stupid.

Very good company. Some things take a lil long to get there and some things are cheaper on Amazon but the convince of being able to use my Finger Hut card is worth it.

I canceled a item and requested my money back, spoke to two customer service reps and both said they would refund my money, 2 months later still haven't refunded me my money. I all about customer satisfaction and they failed me. Hopefully my experience helps you with your decision on if you should join or not.
