Basically pointless. I've managed to log into this thing like once in a few months. Every time I come back now there's no accounts in the list. Logging in doesn't work and Facebook/Google login also just does nothing. Doesn't matter how many times I restart or put in my details. It just doesn't work anymore.

Overall I really enjoy this app and use it often for things, mainly the command tables. Quick and easy when I can't log in. That said, it breaks here and there often listing a "fatal error" has occured closing the app. It can only be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling. After patches, these sorts of kinks usually get worked out after a small period of time.

This companion app used to be quite useful. Since the release of Shadowlands, it has been quite buggy here and there but since the last update, I can't even open the app without showing "fatal error" and closing itself. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and clearing all data and am still getting the same problem. Hoping this gets sorted.

When I logged in after the update today, I couldn't log in anymore. My account was missing and when I wanted to add an account, it said: fatal error. So now I can't log in. Please fix it. Before the update the app worked fine for me. I'd love to be able to login again and change the review into a positive one.

Fatal error has occurred. Won't allow log in or anyway to fix or send in. But I see from previous messages blizzard is telling us to go out of our way to leave them a info on their actual account page for the game. No please fix this and have someone decently monitor it. Im ready to erase this app. You guys have changed it. Now always problems. Completely disappointed.

Was reluctant to get the app after seeing all the bad reviews, but I got it anyways since my work schedule makes it very hard to play lately. Have not had any of the issues I've seen in the review section. Boot up the app, work on the mission table, close the app. It does exactly what I want it to. Happy to have it.
