Essentially unusable. Keyboard closes automatically every few characters typed. Map loads indefinitely. Unsurprisingly, the only thing that seems to work is billing... They took $20 from me for future charging sessions, but I can't use it. Edit: I was finally able to order a Blink card and successfully link it to my account and using that works fine, but it charges each individual charging session to my card immediately, bypassing the $20 they took that I guess is just stuck in my account.

This is the worst app I've ever seen. Literally unusable. Every single button press takes a solid 30 seconds to load, if it manages to work at all. Even things that should be instantaneous like tapping on a text field and pulling up the keyboard they have somehow managed to slow down. I don't know how you even manage to do that.

I have an HQ 200 Smart charger for home charging, and using this app, it's not very smart at all. The app does not support adjusting admin settings or charger firmware updates. Additionally, while I only have one charger, it now has many "clones" of itself in the app. It keeps telling me I need to reload my credit card balance, but I don't need/want to. I've sent a couple emails to Blink about these, but have received no response. No matter, I control charging through my vehicle's app instead.

Seeing all the other bad reviews, not going to give them my billing info without seeing the network actually work. Installed the app and continued as guest. I do like that they have a guest option to allow trying things out, unfortunately, as other reviewers have noted, the app is completely non-functional. Map shows constant refresh so impossible to search for locations.

This app is garbage. The responsiveness is the second largest issue. Buttons don't press for several seconds or sometimes not at all. Signing up took a long time b/c of this. The map is rendered useless because of the constant refreshing. The map keeps reaching out to the network which makes it impossible to pan or zoom. In addition the list of charging stations blinks in and out so you cant view any info.

Wow, ENTIRELY unusable app. I'm planning a trip to the Chicago area and finding lots of Blink stations. Downloaded this app in preparation. Like others have said, it hangs in an endless loop, wait forever after clicking something, just totally unusable. Guess I'll be avoiding all Blink stations! Thankfully, there are a lot of options.
